My Weekly Chia Pudding
Chia seeds are full of fiber and help to keep you full for longer. When I am running from an audition to the studio to a rehearsal in a day, I am way more likely to grab for a sugar-filled quick fix unless I have something sustainable with me - like this Chia Seed Pudding!
My fitness journey began at seventeen, when I could drive myself there everyday, after school. There, I observed that cardio and weights equaled weight loss and protein shakes equaled health… right?
Now that the holidays have come and gone and normal life resumes, I’m excited to share what I’ve been loving in my current routine. Here are the details:

I stumbled upon Pure Barre while I was preparing for the pageant stage. It wasn't a glamorous meet-cute, it was a google search. I simply typed barre class near me into the search bar, selected the first hit, and signed up for the 8:15am class the next morning, with no idea what to expect.
