Chia Seed Pudding is a great dish to prep weekly because it’s filling, it’s quick, and you can customize it to exactly what you enjoy.
Chia seeds are full of fiber and help to keep you full for longer. When I am running from an audition to the studio to a rehearsal in a day, I am way more likely to grab for a sugar-filled quick fix unless I have something sustainable with me - like this Chia Seed Pudding!
I make this every Sunday in a glass Pyrex and it takes me a total of ten minutes. I love to grab a spoonful or two as a quick breakfast before a class at the studio or doling some into a container to bring to a rehearsal with me.
What you need.
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Cinnamon to taste
2 Tbsp sweetened Cacao Nibs
Full-fat coconut milk
What you do.
Stir all ingredients until well-combined. Cover and place in fridge until pudding thickens to desired consistency. Once thickened, open and enjoy!
I love to top my chia pudding with some berries and coconut flakes. Peanut butter is also a great go-to.
